Bianco di Custoza DOC, Lugana DOC and Soave Classico are ideal with starters and first courses with delicate sauces.

RED WINES
Valpolicella DOC Classico is ideal for starter courses and firsts in general.
Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore and Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore Ripasso are ideal with stews and grilled meat.
Amarone della Valpolicella DOC Classico, the “prince” of wines of this valley, sublime with red meat but also with mature cheeses.
Recioto della Valpolicella DOC Classico is exelend with cakes with pastry cream, with pasta frolla(a dry cake) or to dip in “Torta sabbiosa (sandy cake)”.
Prosecco DOC for starting and ending a good meal with bubbles.
